At Debo Coffee, we're named after an Ethiopian tradition — a day when neighbors set aside their own work to help each other's fields get harvested, expecting nothing back but knowing it always comes around. That same spirit is in every bag we roast.
Our coffee comes from Ethiopian highlands, grown by farmers who still dry their cherries the traditional way, on raised beds, the slow way. We roast it to bring out what's already there — the fruit, the florals, the clarity — instead of covering it up.
But debo was never just about the work. It was about what happens after: people sitting down together, sharing what they made. That's the part we care about most. Coffee is what gets poured when conversation starts, when friendships get built, when the day needs a reason to begin. We hope every cup of Debo does the same for you.
